RISE wasn't started because association management looked like a good business. It was started because two operators spent a decade watching boards get under-served — and believed they could build something disciplined enough to fix it.
Jason Delgado believed the HOA management industry had become overly transactional, cumbersome, and impersonal. So he and John Elmore built the alternative.
The founders had been managing communities since 2007 — nearly a decade before launching RISE in 2016 — across thousands of boards and hundreds of thousands of homeowners. They had seen exactly how the industry under-served the volunteers who keep communities running.
RISE was designed to make management a partnership again: a valued partner rather than a necessary evil. That means disciplined systems that deliver, and the warmth to treat every community like its success is personal.
It also means showing up when it counts. During Hurricane Harvey, RISE team members loaded kayaks into their trucks and drove through flooded streets to reach communities and assess damage. "Find a way" isn't a slogan here — it's a habit.
