Thrive, an initiative created by RISE, is about Re-Building Community following the great divide created during the Pandemic. We do this by providing communities with fun and unique experiences that foster connection, community growth, and a sense of belonging.
Communities that support residents and boards thrive in ways others do not. We know from working with dozens of HOAs and condo boards that serving on the board for any length of time becomes so much harder when the connection between the community is strained or distant. Our Thrive program puts faces to names and builds community.
Why is community building so important, and what makes RISE unique in its approach?
Our experiences are turn key and provide you with a chance to sit back and enjoy your neighbors.
Wine Tastings — Let's learn together! Experience cheese, wine, and charcuterie along side your neighbors led by local experts who will make sure to keep it fun and engaging.
Local Cuisine — Support local restaurants while getting to know your neighbors with a food truck fiesta or an ice cream social.
Cooking Classes & Competitions — Test your skills against your neighbor's or learn how to prepare a new dish with your significant other. We'll bring the experience to your community- all we need is you.
All events share a common component of shared learning, shared service, and sometimes a little shared competition.

We build out your social calendar and create unforgettable experiences for your community all year long.
Working with local organizations and community groups, RISE supports local businesses while strengthening your community’s connections.

A dedicated Lifestyle Services team plans and executes the events, so it’s effortless for the board. Our experiences are turnkey: you get to sit back and enjoy your neighbors.
