In 2019, RISE took over The Lofts on Post Oak amid significant operational challenges — an untrained, contracted front-desk team, no system to manage leasing, and long-range planning tools that went unused.
RISE implemented sweeping changes: a new in-house concierge team, real leasing oversight, and detailed facility inspections. The result has been measurable gains in resident satisfaction, leasing-cap compliance, and overall property management — keeping The Lofts a premier residential destination.

RISE replaced the contracted front desk with a trained, in-house concierge team and standardized service with new front-desk processes and manuals — building a high-quality, resident-focused culture, and a calendar of Thrive community events to match.
By establishing a well-trained concierge team, reducing the leasing percentage by 20%, and conducting over 10,000 annual inspections, RISE has not only enhanced daily operations but positioned the condominium for long-term success.

Daily inspection zones drive 10,000+ inspections a year, alongside in-unit plumbing checks, dryer-vent cleanings, and emergency water-shutoff maps. A long-range plan funded a $1.2M roof replacement.
