In 2019, RISE took over The Lofts on Post Oak amid significant operational challenges — an untrained, contracted front-desk team, no system to manage leasing, and long-range planning tools that went unused.

RISE implemented sweeping changes: a new in-house concierge team, real leasing oversight, and detailed facility inspections. The result has been measurable gains in resident satisfaction, leasing-cap compliance, and overall property management — keeping The Lofts a premier residential destination.
